Bathiya and Santhush (BnS) were among headline performers at Masala Mehendi Masti (MMM) South Asian festival at the scenic Harbourfront Center in Toronto.  It was the first time Sri Lankan talent was flown-in for a free music festival in Canada. BnS performed for one hour on the main WestJet stage overlooking Lake Ontario and Toronto’s impressive skyline.

BnS formed a celebrity guest line-up which included Bollywood actor Abey Deol, nephew of acting legend Dharmendra who received a special citation from Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Canadian television personality Monika Deol was also honored by festival director Abhishek Mathur  for lifetime achievement as a South Asian female pioneer in mainstream television.
